Some Examples of CST Use Respond: • Suspicious Liquids/ Powder • Hospital Emergency room personnel ill • Space Shuttle debris screening • Hurricane Katrina • Maritime searches • Pre-deploy: • Special Events • Subway and building Air Monitoring • “Hammer” Team for Governmental VIPs • Assist: • Detection equipment operator-level training • Assist in design and execution of WMD terrorism related training exercises • Participate in combined civilian responder - military WMD exercises • Assist in vulnerability analysis and response planning for WMD terrorism
