  9. Notes Below, there is a place to take notes Great for you as a reminder Great for other presenters You can add any notes in this area that you wish. The viewer will not see this area. This is great for reminders in your presentation. It is also good to document your presentation so that others may give the same presentation, and have instructions on the material.

  10. Let’s talk about Text: How much text to use, Style Size Color

  11. Title – Arial-Bold-Italic- (44pt) Information-Subtitles (36 pt) (Yellow) General Information Text (White) Highlighted Items (Yellow) Other information (24 pt) (Light Green) (Or White) Stay away from saturated reds and blues

  12. Don’t be too wordy: Bullets Help to get The point across ! If the text is too small, and there is a lot of text, and a lot of information, it is entirely possible to lose the viewer’s attention. This is especially true when trying to copy and paste large amounts of information. Remember, often times, one picture is worth a thousand words! Other tips are to keep the text large and readable. A lot of venues are poorly or “Too Brightly” lit. If using red text, and colors similar to the background, it becomes difficult to read, even on the largest screens. Adding indents, spaces, and punctuation also help to get the point across. This (BOLD)color, and size 24 , “may” have worked better !
