  1. Computerized Preventive Maintenance System A Brief Tour Presented by: International Information Services 2337 Hemlock Farms Hawley, PA 18428 570 775-7593 www.TheBestCMMS.com

  2. CPMSContains all of the features your Maintenance Department needs • Preventive Maintenance • Work Orders • Equipment Failure reporting • Inventory Control • Purchasing • Guest Menu system • and much more...

  3. Why we say “TheBestCMMS” • Easy to learn - it’s intuitive • Easy to use - it’s just point and click • Easy to find your data - via the “Power Search” • Easy to print reports - unlimited selection criteria • Easy to get help - complete on line Help system

  4. Sample Forms, Reports, and Graphs • A Main Menu that speaks to you • The power in Power Search • The Master Schedule and PM Work Card • The Top Ten Report • Find Parts with very little information • Part Checkout and Part Tags with Bar Codes • Work History - PM Efficiency • Equipment Failure Reporting

  5. CPMS Main Menu- Plant Summary A snapshot of your entire maintenance operation • Wouldn’t it be great if all important plant info was right there on the Main Menu? It is! • All outstanding Work Requests, Work Orders, and Preventive Maintenance Tasks. • All outstanding Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and Part Transactions. • The cost of parts ordered and issued for the last period, the current value of inventory, and summary data. • A comparison of equipment failures and PM efficiency for the last four periods.

  6. All of the CPMS functions can be accessed via convenient dropdown menus.

  7. Equipment failures which exceed your constraints are automatically displayed on the Plant Hot Spots form.

  8. When you click on a “red ant” you will see a list of problems sorted by most recent first.

  9. There are virtually an unlimited number of ways to easily and quickly locate information. In this example a popup list was requested for “baggers”.

  10. The Master Schedule identifies what needs to be done on each piece of equipment in the plant and at what frequency.

  11. You can customize the Work Card to meet your specific requirements. Enter custom messages, add pictures and drawings, and even include your personal header and footer messages and sign off lines.

  12. The Top Ten graph and report will automatically rank all of your plant equipment .

  13. The Part Search screen will help mechanics quickly locate even the hardest to find parts with a minimal amount of information.

  14. When using the Part Search option you will be asked to first pick from the list of Equipment which has the word “Oven” and then from the list of Parts which has the word “Switch” in the description.

  15. The Guest user sees the same screen as the CPMS user, but only in Browse mode. The On Hand quantity and location are quickly obtained.

  16. Your mechanics can checkout parts using popup menus. In this example the mechanic enters “34" and selects part “34641003". He then clicks “Used On” to identify the equipment where the part is used.

  17. Print out part tags, with or without barcodes, to provide the control and information necessary to properly maintain your inventory

  18. PM Efficiency is provided in this report by employee or by shift.

  19. Each row includes the problem and corrective action taken.
