Business Needs • Design a user friendly web site for customers and employees for the rental purpose. • Having a centralized data base. • Design and maintain a customer and transaction database. • Website allows employees and customers to review/rate movie title. • Introduce search facilities for availabilty and stock.

Business requirements • The system should allow new user to register, create their profile and buy membership online. • Allow customers to rent DVD’s and games • Allow customers to renew their membership. • The system should be based on central database system and should be accessed from any computer via internet.
