CSC MRO Case Studies • CSC at Regional Aircraft  • CSC provided BAe's Regional Aircraft business unit with an SAP system to produce accurate, real-time financial and performance monitoring information at any time, and to complete month-end account processing within one day, at less cost than current systems. • Regional Aircraft launched a second phase of Project Zephyr to implement the Production Planning module and further exploit the modules implemented in Phase 1 to enable the existing legacy systems for Manufacturing Logistics and Aircraft Purchasing to be replaced. • Successful go-live of Phase 2 was achieved and, again in partnership with the client, CSC installed and implemented the SAP Sales and Distribution module • CSC at BAe Airbus   • CSC is providing the BAe Airbus with improved supply chain manufacturing processes. Work is divided into three streams: IS covering infrastructure and interfaces/migration, enterprise integration and organizational change/training. • CSC at BAe Royal Ordnance • At BAe’s Royal Ordnance business unit CSC is helping that unit implement the RO IT strategy. This has to support RO operating in partnerships or JVs. Consequently, the technology being installed has to support the flexible configuration of the core business systems now being implemented across RO’s product based business units. • CSC at BAe Systems & Services • There have been a number of SAP modules implemented in S&S with still more planned. The team consists of a collocated and combined group of CSC Professional Services, CSC TMU, BAe Systems and Support business and technical staff from the United Kingdom (UK) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and third party consultancy groups.
