The Aboriginal Student Circle (ASC) About the ASC • ASC is a peer networking program for Aboriginal students attending York and are members of CASS. • Newer Students will network with an Upper Year student who will help guide them during the academic year. “Community, Inclusiveness & Access to Academic and Community Resources” Who is Involved? • Upper-year (2nd, 3rd, 4th or Graduate) students of Aboriginal descent • Lower-year (1st, 2nd) and transfer students of Aboriginal descent

  7. Laptop Lending Program Eligibility & Loan Periods DELL Laptops CASS Members, with a valid YU-card, can sign out a laptop and have it on loan for time periods of: • Day • Overnight • Weekend • One week

CASS Academic, Personal & Spiritual Guidance • on Campus Elders Jimmy Dick / Wanda Whitebird Hours: Tuesdays from 9:00am-4:00pm • The Centre for Aboriginal Student Services provides academic, personal and spiritual guidance and support staff to help fulfill your needs! • We have two main Staff Members who are in the Centre at least once a week • Writing & Guidance Instructor Brenda Blondeau Hours: Tuesdays from 2:00pm-4:00pm plus sign up for additional one to one sessions in the Writing Centre S329 Ross
