The purpose of these discussion forums is: To give front line practitioners an opportunity to discuss practice in an open and safe environment Challenge and influence multi agency practice Identify best practice Share ideas and reflect on practice Facilitate learning and improve understanding The focus for this discussion will be ‘Self Neglect’
