We prioritize the development of facilitation skills and understanding of EPA Program Offices, ensuring adequate resources for workshops and knowledge centers. Performance metrics will measure our involvement in cross-agency projects and the effectiveness of multi-office solution development.

  1. Goal: Facilitate and support the agency in advancing cross-organizational and collaborative initiatives (programs, investments, solutions, defining segments, etc.). Business Process Objective: Optimize solutions through the use of tools and services. Customer Objective: Ensure solutions have an enterprise focus and that customers and stakeholders can benefit from (avoiding stove-piping). Learning & Growth Objective: Increased Competency in: Facilitation Skills. Understanding of EPA Program Offices. EA Skills. Resource Objective: Adequate resources ($, time, people) to maintain workshops. Adequate resources to develop and grow knowledge centers. Leverage and grow a “toolbox.”

  2. Performance Metrics • Lag Measure: How many cross-agency projects are we involved in as a team? • Lag/Lead Measure: Number of programs that develop solutions used by more than one office. • No Targets Established.
