  14. Download Bibliographic Details • Administrators are able to download or email bibliographic details of a publication. • Formats available are: ASCII (CSV), HTML, XML, RIS, EndNote, MARC 21 and MARC UK

User Template / User Self Registration • User Template • The User Template will be automatically applied to all new users. • The settings of a specific user can be made the template. • Apply the template to an existing user. • User Self Registration • Users can create their own user ID and password and have the rights according to the User Template. • Administrators can approve new users that self-registered.

Select Default Start Page • Users can select their start page from the following options: • Overview Screen • Search Articles • Browse & Search Publications • Filing Cabinet • Full Text Subscription List • Administrators can choose from additional screens: • User List • Online Content Settings

  20. Customize TOC & Search Alert Format • Users can select in which formats to receive TOC and Search Alerts. • The available formats are: • TXT • HTML • XML (file attachment) • RIS (file attachment) • EndNote (file attachment)

  21. Customize Overview Screen • Users are now able to select what they would like displayed on the overview screen.
