This timber has even been used for simple furniture making and commonly known as DRIFTWOOD. • Driftwood is a gift from NATURE – adds to ambience and environment and gives the real feeling of Living with Nature when used in our furniture. • Using the best technology preserving the wood TD has now created a wood surface that looks and ages like Driftwood that can be used on our plantation grown acacia wood used on our furniture. • Our wood has been treated with a UV protection finish that will slowly fade or vanish by pealing off in small flakes. This is intentional and during the aging the driftwood surface will turn silver gray with natural cracks and dents in the timber. It will just look older and older and get grey –expect it too look old/aged as DRIFTWOOD – and blend with the nature. • - it is truly trendy.
