  1. Personal Development Plan Olivia Watson

  2. Confidence • Spoke up and contributed more during group tutorials. • Voiced my opinions and ideas more. • Allowed myself to talk in detail about my own projects. • Will continue to allow myself to talk in detail about my thoughts/ideas/projects to build confidence more.

  3. Studio Sessions • Been continuing to assist a photographer in Manchester. • Responsible for studio set-up, the dismantle, and making clients/models/make up artists feel welcome/relaxed/comfortable. • Will continue to assist after graduation.

  4. Outside Photography • Previously been shooting in Manchester City Centre. • Photographing inside an occupied house. • Photographing an animal (lack of control on the shoot) • Will continue to undertake shoots outside of the studio, in various situations.

  5. Photoshop/Lightroom • Used enough to have confidence with the software. • Will continue to use to edit my images.

  6. Referencing & Researching • Been researching relevant materials suitable to me. • Furthered my knowledge and understanding within my preferred practices. • Will continue to research and reference to refine my knowledge and understanding.

  7. Portfolio Building • Unfortunately, didn’t manage to sort one. • Due to lack of time management/unforeseen circumstances within the family. • Will make one to the standard I want it at in my own time after University.
