  6. How do the Haves maintain power? • FALSE CONSCIOUSNESS • Give only as much as you must to prevent uprising. • Change the belief structure to promote “settling” • “You have it pretty good there fella!”

  7. How can the Have Nots gain power? • Develop COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS • Power in numbers
