  7. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Way of Cultivation Each Aloe plant starts out as a shoot that is clipped from the root of a mature plant. These shoots or pups as they are called are then planted to form new Aloe Vera plants. After 36 months of careful cultivation, the outer leaves of the Aloe plants are ready for harvesting. Each mature Aloe Vera leaf is gently removed from the plant by hand with a small incision along the stalk on the bottom edge of the leaf, so as not to damage the younger leaves that are still growing.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS Clean up The leaves undergo a thorough cleaning process where they are bathed several times in cool water and given a high pressure wash where any remaining debris is removed prior to trimming. Each leaf is then inspected for defects and the tops and bottoms are removed before they are given a final rinse in preparation of gel extraction. If required Leaf from each batch is also inspected manually.

  9. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Pure Extraction & Stabilization Droi Pharma’s patented Extraction process gives it’s customer the pure Aloe in gel form. In this system used to separate the clear Aloe gel from the outer leaf or the unwanted rind. Inhibit the filling their Aloe gel with useless by product, they return the rind back to the field for natural decomposition. This restores nutrients to the soil and rejuvenates it for future generations of plants. After pure Aloe Vera gel is extracted from the leaf, it is collected in stainless steel containers and filtered to remove unwanted waste material. 

  10. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Testing After stabilization the gel is packaged and sealed before undergoing extensive laboratory testing and analysis to ensure purity ad consistency. Although Droi Pharma are big producers of pure Aloe Vera, quality is still their first priority.   11. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Bottling Process : The filling line is fully automated & have capacity of filling as many as 290 bottles per minute means more than 16000 bottles per hour. Filling is most important step in taking care of quality concerns & adopting the process of hygienic filling to mitigate the possibility of physical or microbial contamination.

  12. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Sealing, Packaging & Palletizing After stabilization the gel is sealed, packaged and palletized after filling. Sealing process is immediately followed with filling & carried out with punching of foil with capping. After that every bottles is passed through an X Ray machine to check for contamination. Each minute, 25 cases are erected by the case packing robot. The robot gently places the bottles into the case boxes, 4 cases (48 bottles) at a time.. Modern Palletizing system is comprised of pre programmed Robots. Finally the finished palettes move to the stretch wrapping device.

  13. MANUFACTURING PROCESS Shipping & Delivery Once material is passed through all the processes then after doing final checking & weighing of Pallet, the material is ready for delivery. It is estimated more than 10 Lac bottles are daily transported from Droi Pharma’s warehouse. This manufacturing process is adopted to ensure their pursuit of quality & excellence. This product is dispatched to more than 130 countries.
