Library Project History • 2005 I mention the idea to Jim Mukherjee and make a presentation to RCCN • 2006 Mayor Roger Randalana indicates that for 2 decades Ranomafana village had been trying to establish a library • 2006 Rotary in Fianarantsoa agreed to participate • 2009 Fund raising completed • 2010 Library was completed in early May
