  10. Compensation • Employee Status; not Independent Contractor (taxes taken out) • Guaranteed your current MCHS base hourly rate for first 30 days • After 30 days, production-paid (per line typed/edited; “adjusted” line) • Direct deposit • Paydays twice a month (10th & 25th)

Triton Compensation Model $0.090-.093/adjusted line “Line” = 65 visible black characters, not including spaces, headers, or footers "Adjusted lines“ =  your traditional transcribed lines combined with your converted-to- traditional edited lines. “Conversion factor” = 1.5 edited lines converts to 1 traditionally transcribed line in Triton • $0.090/adjusted line            Quality level 1           98.8% to 99.1% • $0.091/adjusted line            Quality level 2           99.2% to 99.5% • $0.092/adjusted line            Quality level 3           99.6% to 99.9% • $0.093/adjusted line            Quality level 4           100%
