Troubles Shift report by Nakagawa 3/24 01:02 FATAL from [SVD] MonTA_MONTA's busy flag is set. : f ・ restart nsmd, reset FADC, cycle VME crate power  FATAL from [SEQ] Run cannot be started by failure in SVD (keeping busy) – Call SVD on-call shifter  FATAL from [SVD] Cannot read NSM record of SPXX. PC hang-up? ・ stop KD, stop nsmd, reset FADC, reboot PCs, start nsmd, start KD  But same error occurred. ・ restart KD TTM was not updated in SVD status window ・ cycle TTM power  FATAL from [SEQ] ・・・SVD (keeping busy)・・・ ・ cycle MonTA,Mino power  MINO was not updated in SVD status window The power supply of Mino is not turned on. VME crate and SPARC board were found to be broken. We changed the VME crate and SPARC board.  Recovered Thank you very much Tajima san, Tsuboyama san, Ushiroda san, Higuchi san, Yusa san, Ito san, Haba san, Ishino san and KLM group.

Future (同じことがおきたら) • There are two spare SPARC boards in B4 clean room (present from Ushiroda) • KLM group has two more spares • There are several VME crates in B4 • We have spares • Replace them • Check MAC address of SPARC • We don’t have serial (dum?, VT?) terminal now…  Ask other groups (DAQ?) • Yusa has old laptop to check them (will ask him?)  where? • Ask Ishino to update filename? on raion
