PeopleSoft Best Practices

This document discusses the best practices for implementing PeopleSoft in management of business programs at Peralta. It outlines the current structural setup of programs and plans across various majors—including Accounting, Business Administration, and Criminal Justice. It identifies potential issues with the current configuration, such as slow search times and challenges with future upgrades. Recommendations include focusing on improving student record management, ensuring all attributes are correctly stored, and addressing the complexity of major selection and What-If scenarios for students.
