Data Jam Reminders/Updates • Emma sent out a link to the following resources to your Learning Community Website: • Link to the archived “Data Jam” Webinar we held last Friday/Jan. 14 • Data/Evaluation Frequently Asked Questions List • Resending of RAND Clinical Registry Codebook (first sent out on Dec. 22nd by RAND) • Information on how to sign on to the Learning Community website • Quarterly reports are due into RAND SharePoint February 1

Data Jam Reminders/Updates • There is a Learning Community Kickoff Webinar today Friday, January 21 from 3:00 – 4:30 pm EST • The webinar will introduce PBHCI grantees to CIHS and the resources that are available, including the activities planned for the regional Learning Communities. • Everyone is welcome to attend. If you cannot attend it will be recorded and posted to your Learning Community website.

  4. Data Jam Reminders/Updates Finally, some sites have requested assistance w/ data extraction and developing or refining their Data Registries. The CIHS has several resources to help including: • Access to expert IT assessment & implementation consultants • Links to agencies that have registries capable of data extraction in place • Examples of registries and formats for data extraction
