  8. The development plan The area is close to other infrastructure such as E6 and airport. Great harbor conditions without ice and nearby civil homes. Planned developed in 3 phases. 1 Phase 250 Da.New road with budget of 65 million NOK to be built.
  9. Phase I. Approximately 250 Da. Construction start 2015. Plannedcompletion in 2017-18. Base facilities to accommodate up to 2 drilling operationssimultaneously. Kirkenes Base AS will be the operator ofthe base. (CCB'smainshareholder)
  10. Utilization of the whole area Visual impression if the entire area is being developed. Approximately 800 Da. Can serve as base functions for Oil & Gas, hosting services and other cargo handling.
