Differences between WorkCenters, Dashboards, and Interaction Hub • Purpose • Interaction Hub aggregates content from multiple applications • WorkCenters\Dashboards are for specific user roles within an application • Dashboards can display pivot grids (good for high level view for managers • WorkCenters consolidate tasks to one page • Licensing • WorkCenters and Dashboards are a part of PeopleTools • Interaction Hub (previously PS Application Portal) is a separate product
