  2. v5-03-Release • The release branch was created on 05/11/2012 • The tests from test/gun and the reconstruction of one chunk from LHC11h are OK • The development during the last week can be ported before the first tag • The first tag v5-01-Rev-01 will be done during the week

  3. v5-03-Release: short term plan • Revise the open Savannah bug reports: • 211 tickets • Restore the operations on the Coverity server and check the defects • The java process uses too much memory? • Repeat the reconstruction of some selected pp, PbPb, pA (?) runs and compare the results • Repeat the simulation of some selected pp, PbPb, pA (?) runs and compare the results

Selected tickets (25/10/12) • #98472 PWG-PP - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • #98471 PWG-CF - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • yields in AOD115 are a bit lower than in AOD095 • basic histograms (eta,phi,...) and some examples of Balance functions. Looks OK • #98470 PWG-UD - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • #98469 PWG-JE - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • #98468 PWG-LF - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • #98467 PWG-GA - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • If no trigger selection is done, there are a few % less events with wrongly reconstructed vertex • For kCentral there are about 4% more events with centrality between 10%-12% • For kSemiCentral, similar effect as for kCentral in the border at 50% centrality, opposed effect at the border at 10% centrality • No special effect for EMCAL clusters distributions • maybe in central collisions (kCentral+kEMCEGA) less clusters with high time at high energy (maybe due to the way the time calibration is done with missing time info in cells for AOD095 • 8% less EMCAL exotic clusters • #98466 PWG-HF - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h) • D meson signals are OK • Muon and electron analyses are OK • We are still checking some slight difference in the TOF signals • #98465 PWG-DQ - validation of AOD115 (refiltering of LHC11h)
