  1. A WEBSITE BY AARON (…for Bobby Co.)

  2. Who are these people? Bobby Co. is a fledgling software and entertainment company based out of Johnstown, PA. Their goal is to apply the latest innovations in technology and programming to everything from games, smartphone applications, open-source software, and more. The company has a large focus on being use friendly, and tries to cater to intellectuals who find they just don’t have enough nifty gadgets in their lives. Overall, they try to maintain a brand identity of an upbeat, spunky software company who lives with the work they create and are honest about who and what they are. As a side effect, they are not afraid to poke fun at themselves.

  3. So who cares about them? Good Question! Right now, almost no one! …which is, of course, why they are interested in a website. Bobby Co. does, however, generally tend to market towards technophiles between the ages of fifteen and thirty who desire a little bit more thought than the industry standard in their software and digital entertainment.

  4. What is this ‘Web-Site’ you speak of? The largest concern of Bobby Co. at this point is obviously promotion and investment. While they are largely self-sufficient from a development stand-point, they will need lots of attention and customers once their products finish their development and testing phase. As such, the site will need a place for people to check out what Bobby Co. is currently working on, a way to get in touch with the developers and company in general, and a place to sign up for testing and maybe a few donations. A gallery for concept art and a download center other internet swag (such as wallpapers, avatars, etc.) should also be coded in. Eventually, a place to purchase applications will be needed but is not necessary at this point in time. Most of this stuff is contingent with what people will looking for on the site anyway.

  5. Tell me more, Mr. Wizard! Users can expect Bobby Co.’s site to be completely focused user-friendly experience, with emphasis on the word friendly. People logging on to the site can expect a friendly hello and plenty of inside jokes because that’s the type of stuff that makes Bobby Co. fun in the first place. (Compare to Mojang, cross reference CCP) This will all be executed on a very sleek, spacey looking back drop just to make them look fancy because while they are a bit more down to Earth than some other aloof software magnates, they still need to maintain an image of formality in the withering gaze of investors.
