  2. RESUME JURNAL Petakendali CRL (Conforming Run Length) telahmenarikperhatiandalampeningkatanminatpenelitianpadabidang SPC (Statistical Process Control). Hal inimenentukan status dasarprosesberdasarkan interval ataujarakdiantaradua unit nonconforming. Jurnalinimenjelaskantentangpetakendali GCRL (Generalized Conforming Run Length)untukmemonitorrata-rata dari satu karakteristik mutu terukur x pada 100% inspeksi.

RESUME JURNAL Untukmembuatpetakendali GCRL, masing-masing unit akandiklasifikasikansebagaipassingataunonpassingunit tergantungdariapakahnilaisampel x beradadidalamataudiluarlowerdanupper batasinspeksi LIL dan UIL. Ketikanonpassing unit diperoleh, peta GCRL mengecekjarakantarasekarangdan unit nonpassingterakhirdalamurutanuntukmenentukan status proses(terkontrolataudiluarkontrol). Pembatasinspeksi LIL dan UIL ditentukanolehsatudesainoptimisasi.

  4. RESUME JURNAL PetaKendali GCRL tidakhanyamenyelesaikansatudead-corner masalahdari CRL konvensional, tapijugadengansangatmenunjukkanakhiruntukmendeteksipergeseran rata-rata. Penemuan yang paling menarikperhatianadalahpetakendaliatributGCRL mengunggulipetakendalivariabel X untukderajat yang pentingdalamvariabel SPC. Hal itumenunjukkanbahwapetakendaliatribut yang sederhanamungkinmenggantikanpetakendalivariabeldalambeberapaaplikasi SPC. PerancanganpetaGCRL harusdiselesaikanolehsatu program komputer, tapidesaindapatdilengkapinyariscepatsekalipadasatukomputerpribadi.
