  1. Welcome to 3rd Grade! Please visit each of the centers to complete paper work! Feel free to introduce yourself to the other parents and children. Students, you have a little surprise in your “locker” by the closet door.

  7. Daily Procedures Meals-Breakast: 90 centsLunch: $1.60 Snacks-No “allergy” foods, healthy foods, if time allows, everyone contributes. Ice Cream- 50cents per week, $18.00 per year Homework- As needed basis, please check and comment in FISH folder. Transportation- Note in folder is best way to change. Phone calls, emails before noon. No verbal changes by students.

  8. Daily Procedures Arrival- 7:50 tardy bell rings and work begins. Sickness- Fever free for 24 hours with fever reducer. Tummy bugs, ring worms, lice, and PREVENTION. Absences- Please send in a note after every absence. Medication- Only school nurse can distribute, must be walked in by adult. No meds on bus or in backpacks.

  11. Transportation Bus Behavior Car rider tags Car riders with younger siblings will enter and leave through the younger siblings area. Making changes to transportation No child may bring medication of any kind to school. It must be walked in by an adult.

Supplies $10 supply fee 2 packs of ticonderoga pencils One box of markers At least 4 glue sticks 1 bottle of glue 1 box of crayons (not a huge box please) 1 pair of child’s scissors 4 packs of wide rule notebook paper 1 yellow highlighter 2 soft pencil pouches. 1 must have notebook holes. It will be clipped in the binder. The other one will be used to store Trojan GOLD slips. 3 black and white composition notebooks 1 inch clear view binder 1 box of Kleenex 1 bottle of hand sanitizer or 1 refill bottle 1 container or refill of baby wipes 1 container of cleaning wipes

Homework guidelines • Share any concerns you may have regarding the amount or type homework assigned with me. • Provide a quiet place for your child to work, away from distractions. • Limit after-school activities to allow time for both homework and family activities. • Plan a homework schedule with your child. Limit TV, gaming, and computer play. Allow for free time when assignments are completed. • Praise your child's efforts. If your child gets stuck on an assignment, do not provide the answer. Help your child work through the problem until they arrive at the answer themselves.
