Learning Outcomes of Day 1 • To understand the strategy process and where implementation fits • To encourage participants to think about the issues facing their organisations as they implement strategy • To discuss ways in which managers can control / direct implementation • To encourage group discussion and sharing of experiences and advice

Learning Outcomes of Day 2 • To understand the elements of the implementation stage of the strategy process • To review how the participant’s organisations manages each element of the implementation process • To discuss a successful implementation example, and the lessons which can be drawn from it • To encourage group discussion and sharing of experiences and advice
