  45. Why Career Guidance? • Career Development is a lifelong process by which individuals define and redefine career-related choices and outcomes.(NOICC, March 1994)

  46. Teacher-as -Advisor Program (TAP) • A guidance delivery system Whereby large student populations are grouped in smaller pods to receive guidance services including academic development, personal/social development and career development facilitated by local school personnel.
