  1. The Purpose • Surface our best thinking around a big picture question. • Develop a specific call to action that can bring others in to help.

  2. Four Principles • Whoever comes are the right people. • Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened. • Whenever it starts is the right time. • Whenever it is over, it is over.

  3. Law of Two Feet If you find yourself in a situation where you are not contributing or learning, move somewhere where you can.

  4. The Harvest Collect 3-5 bullet points that will call others to action around the topic of concern.

  5. How do I participate? HOSTwill post question & host the conversation with a Foodbank staff member. PARTICIPANT participates in a conversation. BUMBLE BEE moves between conversations cross-pollinating BUTTERFLY takes time out to reflect
