It’s used to determine property lines, locate improvements, identify easements, utilities, and many other conditions affectingthe property. GRS Group is a proud member of the American Land Title Association. All survey reports are written to the ALTA standard. GRS Group’s GSC Partners for ALTA Survey: AMERICAN SURVEY & MAPPING: Operates in the US, Caribbean, Latin America, and Mexico. Provider since 1992. Mainly uses in-house staff.
