TOP 1: Risk Free Oilfree Compressed Air 1 3 2 • Both airends are equipped with an efficient, multistage sealing system • 1: On bearing side, the co-rotating splash ring already repels a large part of the oil. Subsequent the oil retaining ring, consisting of a combination of labyrinth seals and return lines, provides reliable sealing • 2: Compression chamber is protected towards bearings by a sequence of floating metallic gaskets • 3: To protect bearing- and compression side safely and reliable from one another, rings, seals and openings to the atmosphere assure oilfree compressed air (pressure difference) • Such design guarantees 100% oil free compressed air

In the course of time they undergo heavy wear and therefore the quality of their manufacture is especially high. • The special “FPS-coat” surface coating (Fluorine-Polymere-System) • is a chemical / physical coating which penetrates the micro • topography of the rotors • It is permanently wear-resistant and therefore provides • consistent efficiency at the same large delivery volume • It’s temperature is stable within a range of - 40 up to + 300°C • It has FDA approval for use in the food industry (FDA = Food and Drug Administration, US-American authority for food and drug administration)
