Enhancing Family Ministries: Children’s Space Committee Update

The Children’s Space Committee is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for all children, from birth through fifth grade, regardless of their physical, intellectual, or emotional challenges. With a vision aligned with the 2020 priorities of enhanced security, functional space, and improved technology, we are assessing facilities, researching other programs, and planning significant expansions to support our growing ministries. This update outlines our commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and accessible space for families and children in our community.

Cost to be determined upon further consultation with architects incorporate broader 2020 Vision priorities, especially with the Youth Ministry as a part of New Generations Integration Fundraising do initial work with a fundraising consultant Parking replace parking on-site, seek to expand on adjacent property, work with a civil engineer to develop a long term land use plan, and work with the county to assess additional possibilities Approval compile and periodically report pertinent information, provide a committee recommendation, and seek final approval from the congregation Next Steps for the Children’s Space Committee
