  3. Daily life of a common man? • Every citizen has to pay an ‘EXTRA’ fee over the Govt fee for every – service, certificate or process in Govt departments • Pricelist varies across departments and different classes of people • NO BRIBE, NO SERVICE

  4. What is 5th Pillar? 4 Pillars of our Democracy – • Legislative • Executive • Judiciary • Press 5th Pillar – WE, The Citizens “Enable, Encourage and Empower Every Citizen of India to Eliminate Corruption at all levels of Society”

The ZERO Rupee Note….……………Another non-cooperation movement • 2001 - Idea conceived and design created • 2006– 5th Pillar released it at a public event and distributed the Zero Rupee Note widely in Tamil Nadu, India • Distributed more than a million copies so far • Citizens use it in Govt offices where Bribes are demanded or work is purposely delayed
