  1. Famous inventionsof the XXI century

  2. Ginger or segway transporter Ginger is a brilliant invention created by Dean Kamen in the year 2001. The segway transporter is an electric power transportation machine. It is basically a personal human transporter. The segway can move at a speed of 12mph and it has no brakes. One battery costs 10 cents and lasts for almost about 15 miles so the fuel for the machine is very affordable.

  3. Artificial heart Artificial heart was approved by FDA in 2004 and really did wonder for people.  It is made of plastic and titanium and is able enough to self contain. Artificial heart has already done many miracles.

  4. iPod iPod is a portable media player which was first launched in the year 2001. Apple made its first move by introducing its media player, that could store a whole library of songs. Later more versions were introduced, including the touchscreen version called iPod Touch.

  5. iPhone The first ever iPhone hit the market in the year 2007.Today mobiles and handheld phones have become our personal hand held computers, which have the power of computers.

  6. Large Hadron collider The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is the world's largest and highest-energyparticle accelerator. It was built by the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) from 1998 to 2008, with the aim of allowing physicists to test the predictions of different theories of particle physics and high-energy physics.

  7. You Tube, Facebook Using Adobe Flash Video technology, the website provides a forum for displaying videos from an endless variety of sources Facebook was not the first social networking website, but its introduction in 2004 was the most influential in the development of the medium.

  8. iLIMB Bionic Hand Invented by David Gow in 2007, the device, known as the iLIMB, became the world's first artificial hand to boast 5 individually powered fingers. Thus people who use the invention are able to grip objects of different shapes, for example coffee mug handles.

  9. Bionic Contact Lens The invention allows the wearers to see the world by superimposing computerized pictures onto their natural view. According to the researchers, the bionic contact lens could be used by drivers and pilots, providing routes and information on weather or the vehicle.

  10. Robots Helping Perform Surgeries Surgeons have been using robotic arms for some time, but in the 21st century technology made a huge step in the field of robotics and today researchers are working on robots that could autonomously carry out different operations on patients.

  11. Berkeley Bionics eLEGS Exoskeleton It is one of the most impressive inventions of the 21st century. The exoskeleton for paraplegics is an easy to wear, artificially intelligent, bionic mechanism that could be used not only by patients in hospitals, but also at home, allowing users to stand, walk and even climb stairs

  12. EyeWriter It allows people with one of neuromuscular syndromes to communicate with others by writing or drawing on the screen by tracking their eye movement and converting it to lines on a display.
