  2. Bell Ringer (Wed.) 3-19-2014 • Juvenile Justice • Fail of the family was the cause of delinquent behavior. Parents had failed to teach their children proper values and respect for authority. • SOLUTION: separate juvenile court to assume the responsibility that had been the parents job.

  3. Bell Ringer (Thur.) 3-20-2014 • COPY • There are three groups of juvenile’s that the courts handle: • Delinquent offenders • Status offenders • Neglected and abused children.

  4. Bell Ringer (Fri.) 3-21-2014 • 47% of runaway and homeless youth leave home because of conflict with parent/guardian; • More than 2 million runaway and homeless youth live on the streets each year.
