Expanding Our Mission: Leasing Office to Provide Stuffed Animals for All**

At Cole Harty's organization, we believe every person deserves a stuffed animal. Our mission is to ensure that no one goes without this comfort. Currently, we operate from a cramped basement, limiting our ability to fulfill this mission. We plan to lease a professional office space in Somerset, WI, for $1,500, which will allow us to enhance our working conditions, hire two staff members at $12.50/hour, and boost our production capabilities with new, efficient sewing machines. This strategic move will enable us to triple our output and reach more children in need.

  2. Mission • There are people that don’t have any stuffed animals • Everyone deserves to have a stuffed animal. • Our mission is to provide a stuffed animal to everyone in the world.

  3. Situation • I am currently working out of the basement of my parent’s house • Things I need • More space to work • Better Working Conditions • Workers

  4. Action • Rent an office • Hire two staff members ($12.50/hour) • Riverhills Commons – Building G • Space 300 “new, professional office” • Many offices and ready to move in • $1,500

  5. Recommend • Leasing an office in Somerset, Wisconsin would be close to home. • New professional office, which is just what we need to get our business booming. • Affordable • Only cost $1,500 to lease.

Adding two new members to our staff will be a huge impact on our organization. I think that we will be more successful when we move into the new office. Our goal with leasing a new office is to increase the amount of stuffed animals that we give to the children.
