Seeking Help to Improve Classroom Behavior and Engagement

Dear Students, I need your assistance! My teacher has praised your intelligence, and I'm hoping you can help me address a problem in my classroom. My students struggle to pay attention during lessons, talk out of turn, leave their work unfinished, and don’t clean up after themselves. Additionally, some students have been unkind to others. I've attached pictures of the classroom dynamics for you to better understand the situation. Your insights would be greatly appreciated as I seek to improve our classroom environment.
