  5. Hur insulinet fungerar.. Insulin fungerar som en nyckel till cellen. Det öppnar cellen och sockret i blodet kan komma in. Utan insulin kommer inte sockret in i cellen. Blodsockret stiger i blodet.

  6. ÄTA RÄTT Dålig mat: vitt bröd, potatis, juice, pasta, ris och cornflakes Bra mat: Frukt, grönsaker, spannmål med fullkorn, fågel, fisk och nötter
