(AACSB 是什麼？) A1: AACSB為國際高等商管教育聯盟，英文全名為 The Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business 國際商學院促進協會成立於1916年，是目前國際上最負盛名且具國際學術公信力的商管學門評鑑協會。全球僅48個國家和地區共716所商管學院獲得AACSB國際商管認證。 AACSB Accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 5% of the world's 13,000 business programs have earned AACSB Accreditation. AACSB-accredited schools produce graduates that are highly skilled and more desirable to employers than other non-accredited schools.

  9. General Question About “Assurance of Learning” (AoL) • Q5: 什麼是確保學習成效 Assurance of Learning(AoL)？ A5: • 評量(Assessment)這一塊，對於AACSB來說很重要。學院訂定了宗旨及目標；各系所也訂定了他們的宗旨及課程學習目標，接下來就是依據系所訂定出的課程學習目標繼而設計一套有效的評估方法。也就是說，我們要用什麼樣的評量方法去評量我們學生的學習效果、了解學生是否有所學習。若學習成效無法達成我们所設定出的目標，那我們要如何改善 (如: 課程等等相關問題)。

General Question About “Assurance of Learning” (AoL) • Q6: AoL評量的過程及步驟？ A6: • 選定課程，訂定學習目標，設計評量尺規 (Align programs with Learning Goals and Dimensions) • 執行評量作業(Assess Learning Goals and Dimensions) • 資料分析並依分析結果提供改進建議(Analyze data and provide suggestions for improvement) • 召開各級會議審查改善建議 (Approval of changes as needed) • 執行改善建議並完成AoL迴圈 (Make Changes and “Close the Loop”)
