PAPER PROPOSAL

This document outlines the requirements for the International Research Paper Proposal due by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 09. Proposals should be 2-4 pages in length and submitted electronically via email to <phsmith@dss.ucsd.edu>. Each proposal must include a clearly defined topic, country or region of focus, theme, research question, hypothesis, literature review, expected findings, and sources of evidence. A timetable for research and writing is also required. Papers are due on June 11, with presentation dates available on May 17, May 24, or May 31.
