Enable the capability to associate “other” forms of information such as building plans or scanned document to a specific customer. Improve customer data quality Define master data source and slave targets – clearly define data flows. Define a set of data and business rules for each data element and apply them to all CCA’s. Improve EMM efficiency levels for data collection Simplify business processes and reduce duplication of data.
