  2. Introduction • Check if the IPv6 is enabled • Try to check any update is available • If it is found, then update it • Resetting the winsock and tcp/ip • Renew your IP configuration • Disable the IP help server • Disable IPV6

  3. Resetting winsock • Open the run dialogue box & update network settings • Enter cmd and hit enter • Type “netshwinsock reset catalog” • Restart your computer • Type “netshint ipv6 reset reset.log” and press Enter.

  4. Renew IP Configuration • Open the Command Prompt & Enter the command • ipconfig/release • ipconfig /renew • Restart your computer and check if you can access the internet.
