Advanced Brazing Techniques Using SKB Powders and C-Flux for SUS304 and SUS430 Applications
This document outlines the SKB Powder Design and Brazing Method utilizing SKB500 and SKB1000 powders and C-Flux for efficient brazing of SUS304 and SUS430 stainless steels. The process includes preparing the copper sheets with a flux-application method using a painting brush, followed by the scattering of SKB powders. After setting, induction brazing is performed under a pressure of 50 Kg/cm². The final stage involves thorough product inspection to ensure quality and integrity of the brazed joints.
