  1. Does Regular Physical Execise Prevent Strokes? The pandemic has caused an explosion in the lot of people plagued by anxiety. The traditional approaches of stress and anxiety conventional therapy have become overwhelmed and it is time for a new approach. As the pandemic has enhanced in intensity and spread it has ended up being a larger situation. It has created a huge situation in the way the whole world operates. With a small problem it might not seem like a disaster but it is a crisis. The pandemic has a lot of questions that are resulting in people to question themselves and go off meds. If they were to get off it might be easier to help them. The anxiety has a tendency to spread and grow. The people who are coming to be ill have a very hard time coping with everyday life. Some are seeing a therapist or are talking to a friend but can't seem to reach a level of understanding of their symptoms and concerns. If the patient feels a therapist isn't for them, they'll avoid seeking one. They'll avoid going to the doctor because they don't trust doctors. The fear has triggered people to want to escape the situation. Others will avoid treatment because they don't trust doctors. In this situation, the patient might try to avoid going to the doctor. As soon as they get to the bathroom they'll go back to doctor, wait, wait, wait, they're going to the doctor. The new way of managing the panic attacks may be the right way, in time, with help. Some people won't manage to avoid panic attacks completely. Many will manage to avoid having panic attacks every time they feel their heart pounding and their breath getting short and shallow. But the majority will find that there is a sudden rise in heart beat and breath. In some cases, they have even felt dizzy and lightheaded. The new way of managing is to be aware of the symptoms. To monitor the heart beat. To notice the light-headed feeling. To see that the heart rate returns to normal. To then monitor the symptoms and avoid the situations that trigger the attacks. If a situation triggers the panic attack, to avoid it. In the meantime, to avoid avoiding the doctor. As they get to the doctor, they should be aware of what is happening and who the doctor is. They should be aware of what might trigger the attacks and they should say anything that triggers the attacks. They should report the situation to the doctor. So that the doctor can advise what is happening to the patient. The doctor will also advise what needs to be done in order to prevent the attacks. What the doctor is doing, in most cases, is monitoring the heart rate. So, it is not only an experimental approach, but it is also a basic approach. It would be the ideal situation if a patient manages to avoid getting panic attacks for a longer period. Then it may turn out that this person will have short and long periods of panic attacks. The old ideal approach of getting rid of the attacks may not be ideal. The brand-new ideal approach would be to prevent the attacks. The old approach of avoiding situations that trigger the attacks may be the best approach. However, a patient can go either way. They can keep avoiding triggering situations or they can go through the challenging phases without any triggering situations. But in order to avoid the triggers, they need to be aware of the triggers and report these triggers to their doctors. These devices emit light or sound pulses to trigger a person, who is near it, to get out of the situation and seek help. When the pulse of light or sound is detected, the patient gets up and leaves the triggering situation and comes to the doctor's help. This helps reduce the level of anxiety and fear. The Fluo Crescent tag with a sensor that is integrated in the light and sound can tell if the person has stopped breathing or if they have started breathing. They can't tell if the person is still in the triggering situation. The main idea of using these tags is that the patient is doing something so dangerous that it will have very high anxiety or fear level and if they want to avoid having the fear of failure. The main issue is, does the approach help a person when they are at a difficult point in life? A person is able to overcome their anxiety levels and the level of anxiety is very low. They'll avoid going to the doctor because they don't trust doctors. In this situation, the patient might try to avoid going to the doctor. As soon as they get to the bathroom they'll go back to doctor, wait, wait, wait, they're going to the doctor. In the meantime, to avoid avoiding the doctor. In order to avoid the triggers, they need to be aware of the triggers and report these triggers to their doctors.
