This study investigates the pharmacokinetics (PK) of Cilostazol, focusing on key parameters such as K-Betest AUCt, Cmax, and Tmax. Utilizing WinNonlin, we analyzed AUCinf, total clearance (CLtotal), elimination rate constant (Kel), half-life (t1/2), absorption rate constant (Ka), volume of distribution (Vd/F), and the ratio of AUCt to AUCinf. Additionally, we performed a population PK analysis using NONMEM to assess the impact of factors such as sex, weight, alcohol, and caffeine. Furthermore, PK/PD modeling was conducted using ADAPT for advanced PK data insights.
