This study presents the amplification of novel isoforms from four different brain regions, specifically the frontal cortex, cerebrum, cerebellum, and brainstem. We analyzed the amplification curves of specific splice isoforms in brain samples using advanced PCR techniques. For ZMYM6 and TRAP150 variants, RNA was amplified via SuperScript® III Platinum® SYBR® Green One-Step qRT-PCR with ROX. CYFIP1 variants were quantified using TaqMan® assays with Gene Expression master mix. This work provides insights into the differential expression of gene isoforms across brain regions.
