  1. Traditional “stick built” house under construction. Modular house “boxes” that are ready to be set on the foundation.

  5. The modular house “boxes” are set, and the roof starts to get raised.

  7. The modular house is completely set with the roof raised –all in one day.

  8. Next step is to complete the siding installation and then move on to the interior work.

  9. Kitchen was completed in the factory, and is ready for the appliances to be put in.

  10. This modular home will be finished and ready to move into in a few short weeks. Remember the “stick built” house from the first slide? It will most likely be several months before it is completed. Flooring to be installed on-site that was shipped from the factory.
