  8. Improving Quality of Care • Standards with providers • Beyond the minimum • Patient safety • Existing resources

  9. Reducing Inequalities • Progress but still much to achieve • HWBS with SCC • Partners • Equality Impact Assessments

  10. Sustainable and Affordable • Priority to remain financially stable • Areas of inefficiency • Visible change • Communication is crucial
