African Leopard Tortoise • One of the largest tortoises in the world • Lives 70 or more years • Can weigh as much as 120 pounds • Can be found in savannah habits • They are herbivores • They eat carrots ,grass ,kale ,wild flowers, • They don’t produce until they are ten • Females lay up to 30 eggs Treva Hampp

African Serval • Scientific name: Leptailrus Serval • Habitats grassland,savannahs,woods,brushes, and forests • Life span: 20 years in captivity • Found in the southern parts of Africa • Eats: rodents, insects, and small birds caught in mid-air • A lesser cat not to be grouped with bigger cats Lynnea Crock

Tamandua/Northern Vested Anteater • The habitat of the Anteater is in South America they came from southeastern Mexico. • Anteater live in rain forest or arid Savannas. • They are much smaller than a giant anteater. • The toung of the Tamandua can extend up to 40 cm. • Cary young on back.   5. Eastern screech owl • The eastern screech owl is a short and small bird with a large head. • It is very active at night and herd more than seen. • It eats shrews and deer mice. • It is eaten by larger owls and hawks. • They live in the eastern U.S.A all year long. Garrett Frick
