Support for establishing of АЕМ • EU funded project “Development and Implementation of Agri-environment Measures” • Project Identification No. EuropeAid/129386/C/SER/MK • Service Contract No. 2010/253-100 • Agri-environment programme- drafted; • Working procedures in AFSARD - drafted; • Memorandum of understanding (MoU) – drafted; • Proposals for amending Low on Agriculture and RD; • System for sanctions – drafted etc.

Agri – environment programme • Proposed Agri – environment sub measures • GroupI – Protection of local varieties and breeds • Preservation of local breeds of sheep and bovine; • Preservation of traditional plant varieties. • GroupII Soil and water protection through sustainable methods of farming • Conservation of soil and water through green cover; • Conservation of soil and water through crop rotation. • GroupIIIOrganic crop production • Organic farming of vegetable and cultivated medicinal and aromatic crops.

  4. Study visit - Turkey • Planed activities through TA measure • Programming of АЕМ; • Monitoring and evaluations (indicators); • Implementation of the measure (IPARD Agency); • Cooperation with Technical bodies (MoU); • On the spot visit of realized project - АЕМ; • Exchange of experience for implementaion of IPARD II (in general).

  5. Planning activities for АЕМ - APTA 2020 • Preparation of ToR for procurement of services for preparation of AEM • Update of already drafted documents for AEM; • Update of lows and by lows; • Update of measures and sub mesures; • Update of the working procedures in the AFSARD; • Update and define of cooperation with technical bodies (TB); • Other activities needed for accreditation of defined AEM; • Time frame (May / June 2019 – May / June 2020).
