  6. Procedures • 將玻璃基板清洗乾淨。 • 利用E-beam Evaporator將Al蒸鍍於玻璃基板上。 • 調配Oxalic Acid(0.3M)以及PHOSPHO-RIC ACID(5wt%) 的水溶液。 • 準備好Power supply以及電鍍槽。 • 做陽極氧化處理。
