Your Turn • You will divide into 3 teams • Maslow • Erikson • The jury • After 10 minutes to prep, you will have 3 minutes to convince the jury that you are the expert witness in the upcoming trial. • The defendant is 16 and joined a gang that required her silence, her senseless act of violence and her tolerance to personal injury. Why would she do such a thing? • You will be graded on your accuracy to the details of the theory you represent, and how well you stick to the directions.
